Haunted House

If you’re looking to take your Halloween terror to the next level, Metro Detroit has you covered. Haunted Houses are a one-stop-shop for those who love to push the limits of their own comfort. While they aren’t for everyone, adrenaline junkies look forward to that time of year when they can face their fears head on. This Halloween season, head over to one of these utterly terrifying haunted houses… and try not to scream.

Scarefest Scream Park

For the better part of 14 years, Scarefest Scream Park has provided visitors a variety of haunted attractions to scream at. This year features four haunted attractions including the hayride of doom, forrest of darkness, terror zone maze, and (most-intense) castle of the dead. Tickets can be purchased online and be sure to buy early since most days will sell out.

Azra Chamber of Horrors

Featuring numerous chambers full of terrifying imagery, Azra Chamber of Horrors is one of the newest haunted houses in Metro Detroit. Rated as Michigan’s #1 haunted house, the multi-level maze features various demons to defeat as you try to survive a terrifying journey. Be sure to buy your tickets in advance and check out their website for more information.

Hush Haunted Attraction

Featuring three haunted attractions on location, Hush Haunted Attraction in Westland is promising to be bigger than ever before. Recent rennovations have led to the haunted attractions being six times bigger than they were before. Make your way through the Jaws of Hell, Ancient Evil, and Rosecliff Hall during an evening of unparalelled fright.

Slaughterhouse Adventure

Prepare to get lost and spooked with some friends at Slaughterhouse Adventure’s haunted “Maze from Hell.” The haunted maze is open every Friday and Saturday in October. The site also features a drive-in movie theater where they will be showing a different classic horror movie each week!

Terrorfied Forest

“Are you afraid of what comes out at night?” Pinckney’s Terrorfied Forest returns for another season of haunted tours in their terrifying forest. The forest is open Thursday through Sunday beginning at 8 p.m. with fast pass tickets also being available online.
